Availability is calculated from live table capacity across lunch and dinner service. A booking holds one table for the duration of your seating plus a fifteen-minute turn. Demo mode: reservations are stored in your browser until the managed database (Cloud) is enabled, at which point the server becomes the authority for availability and table allocation.
